Only 1582 genuine responses were used out of 2400 questionnaires that were given out to respondents. Smart PLS-SEM 4.0 version was used to evaluate the data, and the results show that the claim of the hypothesis is strongly supported by the result. The study confirmed previous research by showing a positive association between performance and motivation. This finding has implications for administrators, managers, and policy makers in particular, and it has also revealed that employees are always willing to stick around and pursue the goals and objectives of the organization if they are highly motivated.
